Kathleen started her journey with acupuncture at a young age to help treat her anxiety and digestive issues. The success of acupuncture and herbal medicine sparked her interest in providing a holistic approach in healing the body to optimize health outcomes.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the use of small filiform needles that helps promote blood flow and energy through the body. It is a root based medicine that addresses the initial cause of disease. This type of treatment can help treat pain, digestion, psycho-emotional, headaches, cosmetic, women’s health, smoke cessation, and many more!
Herbal Medicine
Based on thousands of years, herbal medicine helps heal the body internally. Herbs utilize five main flavors (bitter, sweet, sour, acrid, an salty) to connect to the organs by optimizing function.

Modalities
Cupping, gua sha, moxa, and e-stim are all modalities utilized as an acupuncturist. All have their unique benefit for promoting blood flow, decreasing inflammation, relaxing the body, and optimizing health.
